I grew up in hospitality. Not just working in it but living it.
Over the years, I led teams, built brands, launched venues and helped businesses grow across hotels, resorts and wineries. Along the way, I was honoured with industry awards for service and leadership.

But success also taught me something else. You can climb high and still feel the pull for more meaning.
